From my own experience…
When I became overstrained I experienced the importance of good and healthy food. I recovered by paying more attention to what I ate, exercising more and relaxing better. I wish you that too. My advice is practical, human and feasible. I regularly follow a refresher course about the latest developments. It gives me energy if I can help people regain confidence in themselves.
