We Answered:

The closest one is 4.3 light years. We do not have the means to journey faster than 1/4000 of the speed of light (fastest uninhabited probe Helios reached 240000 km/h, and it was helped by the gravity of the sun...) so this means 16000 year to get to the closest star system.
The big problem is the vast distances, and the insignificant speed we are capable of.
