If you're looking to generate some kind of positive cash flow a system for your trailer, it's not going to happen. If you want to get away from the hassle of having to plug your trailer into a source of 'shore' or grid power all the time, then it sounds feasible that you could power the loads you're talking about with the amount of panels that could fit on the roof, but you'd need to calculate usages and other things to find out.

Another distinction to make is that utility buy-back is a feature of a grid interactive system. A mobile system for your trailer would involve batteries and would be considered an off-grid system. There are some hybrid configurations that combine characteristics of both, but the inverters that have these features are probably much larger than it sounds like you need.
