One would assume the seller would have all the answers to your questions-- make that part of the proposed offer on the house before an offer is tendered---solar power homes are still one of's and need many answers before buying-- if the proper permits were not taken out when all the solar stuff was installed -check the permit dept of the town /city---- WALK WALK AWAY----

What do you think of these new building codes?

We Answered:

I live off grid in California and everyone out here has solar panels. They are expensive though -- I think it might have to be supplemented by the government to be effective at least until they can lower the prices on solar energy. My solar panels which don't produce as much electricity as the average house consumes are about $10,000. Everyone should cut back on energy too -- in reality that would be the most effective.

Has anyone used the AUQUICCOOL Quick Cool Solar Powered Ventilation System? It's for the car.?

We Answered:

TV station News 4 (DC metro area) did a consumers test several months back and the tests showed this quick cool system was a waste of money. My opinion after seeing the tests is a zero. Lowering the window on getting into the vehicle lowered the temperature way quicker then the auto cool fan could ever achieve.

Ana Said:

Does anyone know of an Auto Cooler?

We Answered:

I live in the Mojave Desert and I would not waste my $$ on either one. You can not blow hot air out of a car unless you replace it with cool air.
