15% efficiency means that 15% of the sunlight power that falls on the panel will come out as electrical power.

If you figure that 225 W panel will give the peak equivalent output for 5 hrs/day you will have an energy of 225 * 5 = 1125 Wh/day

If your inverter operates at 95% efficiency, you will get out 1125*0.95 = 1069 Wh/day

The inverter will likely only operate at peak efficiency at one set of input voltage and current. It will likely fall off as you move away from this point.
