Standards have been lowered so that more kids can get into the next grade. Teachers focus more on getting rid of the kids that they are "teaching" that year than on actual education. If a kid gets held back the teacher gets in trouble. Most teachers don't seem to care about education anymore. My school offers various tech courses but pressures everyone to join Agriculture because we live in Appalachia and they don't think that we'll ever leave this little county. Teachers also spend more time grooming the kids that show more talent and intelligence than the others. It is easier to put your time into students that can learn the material easily than those who can't.

Parents are also to blame. They don't discipline their kids and don't care about their education. Kids spend more time watching TV, texting on their phones, and getting on Facebook than studying. Barely anyone cares about education anymore.

I don't have any pointers except that the government group called 51 is a little but already-used, as in Area 51. I would just say to change that, maybe to a different number. Either than that, this is very good.
