If you built solar in the wild it would destroy the habitat by blocking sunlight even if there was room underneath. But the benefit of solar is that it can be attached to the roofs and soon the walls of buildings or on other man made structures. This means that the side of a highrise could be covered with solar.

We Answered:

Assuming you just want maximum power (there are other reasons, such as political), then on the equator or as close to it as possible, with no nearby buildings or trees or hills that would cause shade.

There are simple equations and tables that will tell you the amount of energy per day or per year given the location, so if you can't situate on the equator, those will allow you to pick the next best.

pl approach state officials and the Ministry of Nonconventional

Development Agency Limited (IREDA) to meet this need.

This is the best that I could do, but the biggest opportunity for employment in a solar plant would be washing the solar panels.
