You can either choose both if you have enough spaces or either cut down some old Oak trees and build the solar panel. :)

yes, none of the answerers understand the difference between a new roof and one that's energy efficient so much as to double the cost of the roof. same with windows and such. just because it's "new" doesn't mean it qualifies for the rebates...
