just for 4-5 cfl lamps of 15w and one ceiling fan, the supplier has advised me that it will cost around rs.25k. so i am sure it will be really expensive, probably above 1 lakh

To start off with, you would need to give them an idea as to square footage.

a 1400 sq ft building would be less expensive than a 3000 sq ft building.

There is also the problem with getting permission from the local development department to do this.

Some places are far more stringent than others.

There is the added concern of ground quality. Where is the water table in conjunction with all this? What is the seismic condition of the area? Will you have ti file and EIR (Environmental Impact Report)?

My wife is an architect and when I ran this past here, with the limited information given, she said that you should budget $1 million, as specialized projects of this nature can have hidden pitfalls that drive up the costs
