you do realize that the batterys in Eco use more green house gas to make then an average car does to make and run for 7years and the batteries them self are non recyclable and they just don't have any idea wot to do with them when finished

If people use less gasoline as a result of alternative fuel and/or power sources, then there becomes an oil surplus, and with a surplus, prices go down. So, if you look at supply and demand...then yes...oil prices will go down.

In 1990 the Geo Metro with it's 3 cylinder engine and compact design got over 50mpg. In 2008...there is no car on the market getting over 50mpg, not even the Prius or Smart cars. Don't let "them" tell you that it isn't possible.
