tell her that you want to use the main four moons for the actual model and that you could present a chart with all the other moons along with their sizes. tell her that sixty three moons around jupiter in a model type setting would probably compromise the structure of the entire model and would detract from the overall appearance of the entire solar system model. if you explain this to her with the other students' parts in mind she will be more likely responsive to your compromise.

You can mix your colors too. drop of blue and drop of red and drop of yellow in a lot of white can make an interesting grey

If you want the distances and sizes to be in proportion ("far" and "size"), the model might be strange:
"First, the Sun's diameter is about 100 times that of the Earth. So, you'd have to line up 100 Earth's end-to-end to stretch across the face of the sun. "

The "far" part might mean the earth would have to be in the next county!
