do. I would leave the mortgage alone and get a different
loan for the solar and think BIGGER; find out if you can
get a sell set big enough to power 3-4 houses and then
do the math and offer to sell to your neighbors, electricity at
75% of what they now pay. If you get an agreement from them
in writing, [insuring they get power at night means they would
stay on the grid] you could get your entire cell sets at no cost
to you.......
