The only solar powered vehicles that exist are those created by universities. they are made out of bicycle frames for the most part with a large shell of photo cells. They hold one person.

We still have yet to create a photo cell that can capture the sun and turn it into high power. Each photo cell only produces like 1/2 of a watt. So even the college test car is lined with about 100 photo cells, that is only 50 watts. Not even half of what you get from your wall outlet.
