Theoretically it could. But the machine you describe uses only 360 watts, whereas even the smallest units usually burn much more. If your A/C is real, then you will need panels of at least 500-800 watts (remember the rating is for direct full sunlight) because of losses in the inverter (DC to AC current). I just bought 150 watt system and paid $700 wholesale, so you would be looking at maybe $4k or so, depending on where you live and your tech ability. better to move to the mountains!

Much larger capacity air conditioner can use solar energy more wisely and more efficiently by heating up the outside while cooling down the inside.

You are looking at a fairly complex and expensive power system and you need to be using an experienced engineer to do a detailed analysis of your needs and provide a set of recommendations for your application.

Any answer that you get here will not be anywhere close to the type of answer you need to proceed with.
