You are asking a lot with the question.
First you should get books on Passive Solar Heating and some information on insulating your home to keep that heat in. This is assuming you live in the part of Asia that needs heat saved.
Look at the way traditional homes are built where you live, they usually are effective for that area.
As for water , a well 2.5 meters wide and several meters deep can serve as a source and holding tank. Using a smaller pressurized tank to feed the plumbing in your home. Using a solar powered pump.
Be sure the septic system ( toilet waste) is 30 meters away from your water source and down hill from it.
You really need to read any information you can find because there is far too many variables to post here.
