Solar Power India

Samantha Said:

Do You Agree That India Should Invest More Funds In Solar Power???

We Answered:

good thought friend,

india has a large amount of area where sunlight is in straight rays, if it is used our electricity problem would definitely be over, but the solar panels are made of expensive semiconductor materials and the batteries would be used to store charge but batteries contains poisnous lead,it would affect enviroment adversly, but in comparision to petrol diesel and coal, it will be beneficial, and one time investment

Dora Said:

Why cant we choose altenative forms of energy like solar power in india for our daily needs is it expensive?

We Answered:

For using the renewable source of energy like Sunlight, we need to convert it into thermal (more than the temp. provided as such) and electrical energy, then only it will be of much useful. But converting it into electrical energy and then storing it is quite expensive. But if we think for long term use then it will be cheaper. Otherthing is that it is independent. You need not have to apply for a connection but have to purchase once from the market. It will work better in days with full sunlight, but in rainy or cloudy day it will not work. It is also pollution free. Only we need is that awareness and start using atleast one of such device and then tell to others of its benifits.
