In reality it totally depends on the output of your solar panel. It must be cleaned weekly. 6.61 watts per hour for 10 hours of sunlight equals 661 watts. Another terminology for your quantity is nearly 2/3 of a kilowatt hour per day. However when I do the math here is what I get.
100mA divided by 1000 to get 0.1 amp multiplied by 22 volts = 2.2 watts (E X I = Watts) or 22 watthours per day.

A better choice would be an electric car, recharged by wind generator, or solar panels.

However there have been solar cars, but the solar panels were too big for the cars.
