Hey Mike Golf, The solar panels were sold to a university who used them until 2003 at which time they bought new ones, look it up. they worked great! And Reagan began the big sell out of America, the debt soared out of control until Clinton brought it back under control, check that out too.

What happened to the Murray river etc was caused by man & man alone in australia'!!
they have destroyed australia in a short 200 years by raping the land forrests & rivers & they are still doing it
we all need tanks & because we can't drink it we need heaps of dams in all the states as well
because even if you drank aborted babies that get flushed down the household loo & all the other gunk it wont be enough water because we have heaps of people coming to aus daily & not enough is done to cater for them just like Beatie never catered for Qld when we have 1,500 coming here every fortnight
the governments should pay for the tanks because not many aussies can afford $2000 odd dollars & no one can afford solar but they use tons of electricity to make them so in the long run are they any good

It depends. That is like saying your car isn't running, how do you fix it. There are a million possible problems and ways to fix it. If you have a multimeter and know how to use it, you should be able to find out if the panels are putting out any power. If the panels are putting out DC power OK, the problem could be in parts of the system other than the panels themselves, like the inverter, that changes the DC power form the panels into AC for your house. It is really too complicated for a short answer, beyond checking the power at the first connection closest to the panels.

None, wind works a lot better where I am from. Solar is too expensive and the savings don't cover the cost of the equipment compared to wind.

Actually even if you cover your whole roof with panels, you wont get enugh power to even run a tv, fan and light at the same time.
Solar panels give out a very less power output.
