Over here on the Left Coast, on the Altamont Pass, there are windmill farms, wind power electricity generation to cut down on emissions.

Environmentalists are suing to shut down the wind farms to stop the massive blades from killing the migratory birds.

Wow, I would have thought the local phone books there were full of companies that install these. Try looking through and see if any are willing to take on an apprentice whilst you are at college getting the required qualifications which I am sure they will tell you are needed.
