Annie Said:

Who stands to lose if global warming is real and we have to address it before to much damage is done .?

We Answered:

Playtoofast, son of Adam, imagine a large boulder on a hilltop. It takes little force to push the boulder down the hill, as in comparison to the force it generates traveling down the hill. This is global warming. Man, a tiny force in nature, tipped the balance enough to start an uncontrollable cycle.
There are areas of permafrost that have been frozen for 11,000 years melting. Most of these areas are frozen peat bogs, which when thawed will release much more trapped CO2 than tiny man. This cycle that has been started will last centuries even if tiny man stop all CO2 emissions today.
The color red does not need a blind man to believe it exist to exist. The Earth maintains a delicate balance. Just as the silt in a quiet pool will eventually settle, so will the air clean itself. That will not happen, however, unless you stop contaminating the air.
What you stated is not true, and there is a technology available today for each individual to conbat global warming, photovoltic panels.
Every state and the federal government has programs and financing available to help every home owner install photovoltic paneling on their roofs and connect to the power grid. If you own a rooftop and are not taking advantage of these programs, you are failing to contribute to the fight against global warming.
Do not blame that which you call government and big business for failing to address this problem. Blame only yourself for placing the responsibilties on others. You are acting like the human who passed gas in an elevator.

What do you think of new building codes...?

We Answered:

Personally I believe the long term affects these building codes would have on a business would be more feasible than spending thousands of dollars on electric and water bills each month. The addition of thermal glass, wind turbines and skylights for a building constructed to last more than a century, would be a great investment for the business and environment!
