If you assume That you can approximate power from your solar cell as 4 to 6 hours of maximum output (reasonable assumption), you would need a peak output of 114WH/6 h to
114Wh/4H which gives 19W to 29 W

So you need a solar panel designed to charge a 12v system and a charge controller that will prevent reverse current and will provide a switching voltage regulator which dynamically changes the input impedance of the load to track the Maximum Power Point of the solar cell
They are available commercially or you can finnd the design of a crude one.

fred k is right - far too many. and you probably need to buy an inverter too - a 1500w one isn't cheap, also need to buy more batteries. A much more efficient way to use solar to heat you house is to use solar heat collectors (they are more efficient than PV cells). But then you would need some kind of mass to store the heat in until you needed it.
