dude in simple terms your talking about pulling 150 amps of power from a battery, most car alternators can only put out 90 to 110 amps, so even if you hooked in to a running car it would still kill the battery,even a semi battery would be dead in less than an hour, look that's a tremendous amount of power, here is an example, have you ever seen someone try to crank a car that just wont start? well remember how long it took to kill the battery? now cut that time in half and that's a rough estimate of how long the battery can maintain that a 1500 watt heater
