Actually I like it. I think you did a good job. The colors you chose and the contrast is good. The menus work, and are fast, and the graphics and pictures are good too.

I'd only make one suggestion and that is to put some kind of heading or title telling people what they've found if the find your site by accident, or get to it by blindly clicking on another link.

I think we should put as many clean energy elements into the stimulus as possible. Did you know solar and wind got a benefit from the $700 billion bailout? I was thrilled to hear that the fed. tax credit for home solar installs went from a $2K max to 30% credit for the total installed cost with no max. That would have meant an additional $8K for the system I installed last year.

I live in CA and we have a state initiative to install solar on 1 million homes over a few years, we are well on our way. I see solar adds and even contractors in strip malls. I live in a city of about 150,000 we have over 500 homes who have switched to solar, we have several builders who install solar in their entire development.
