The answers to 3 and 4 should be in your textbook and pretty easy to find.

On topic, it's very sad how unrealistic green energy is in our society because our base is built upon oil. Shipping alone takes diesel fuel to transfer good to one place or another. And then in reality buying your hybrid car doesn't do anything but make you feel good that you're helping the enviroment.... It still took energy to build that car, and you're still emitting emissons. OH WAIT NO! Let's go blame dairy farms because cow's are taking over the world by emitting manure! who would of thought. Oh wait people don't you realise cow's have exsisted much much MUCH longer then cars? Cars aren't to blame? REALLY?

So heres a question, if cows pollute more then cars.. Which would you rather be in for 12 hours? 3 cows in a garage? or a runing suv in the garage. For all i know i'll come out stinky and alive with the cows...but with the suv.. I'm not taking my chances.

Having read the part that the kid wrote, I could say the one who wrote it is almost 40 years old. The mention of Atari and DOS is surely a sign that it's someone from the early 1970s era. The Atari game came out early '80s...so is the DOS computer program. Also the use of kind Sirs and M'ams give away the age. Maybe that person is lonely and have nothing much to do...just an opinion!

I would prefer electric cars and solar panels - charge it over night - put energy back into the grid during the day -

the electric grid is up - running and everywhere - no reason why we can't go full solar in about 10 years with serious effort -

keep the horses on the ranch and out of the cities - that's just my humble opinion.

Not a bad idea, but very expensive to implement. Then you have to ask how to keep the bad guys from monitoring the cameras? How do you get the bad guys to not just operate outside the range of the cameras? How do you keep the locals from stealing them? Who mans the monitors? Is it better than cameras mounted on drones?
