Nice try, but it won't work.
Even if you completely surround the bulb with solar panels and you use the most efficient solar panels and bulb that you can get, you can never get as much energy out of the panels as you put into the bulb, which means the bulb will go out pretty much instantly.
The reason is that there are always losses in the system; some of the power gets converted into heat which is lost to the environment.
