Anyway, I recommend using your Spellcaster deck as well. Spell Counters run kind of slow, but when you get control of the field, they're very powerful. I do have some fixes, however:

Skimmed through the fire deck, but I'm not an expert on those so I'll leave that area.
Love the water deck, keep using it, it is not a strong deck but not a weak one either. Don't change it, because when I say it's not a strong deck what I mean is you've got quite a good defensive deck that at the same time does a excelent job of getting rid of your opponents monsters, leaving the way clear for your monsters.
I have to say that, even though water decks are often quite strong, this an exceptionally well functioning deck, with support cards AND offensive cards, keep using the water deck! :)
