Steelix - Explosion, Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Stone Edge - Item: Leftovers

Espeon - Psychic, Calm Mind, Signal Beam, Grass Knot - Item : Choice Specs

Meganium - Light Screen, Reflect, Leech Seed, Aromatherapy - Item : Leftovers/Light Clay

Arcanine - Flare Blitz, Extremespeed, Thunderfang, Morning Sun/Reversal/Iron head - Life Orb

Yeah, those weaknesses will be killer, since there's both a Ground and a Psychic specialist in the E4. In fact, I'm pretty sure every single one of your Pokémon have a distinct weakness against at least one of the four specialists: Bug, Ground, Fire, Psychic.

You need a Water type pretty bad because that will be strong against both Ground and Fire. Tentacruel would be the simplest option since you can just fish for him but I would suggest trying to get Empoleon, Milotic, something that's a strong Water type. I'd get rid of Crobat for that Water type.
