They are devices used to watch you, the government have placed them there specifically to watch you, they know what you do with your computer and so do i, if your not carefull you'll go away for a very long time.

Definatly sounds too good to be true, but your never know. It took my mum 4 years as a single parent with twins (babies when she went on the list) and myself and my brother (teens) To get a permanent housing association house (through the council) - that was 6 years ago, but around here I know it hasn't got any better.

That said, carry on doing what they ask, you never know it could be right, or could be a technical error, either way when you get those keys there's no going back :) Good Luck.

We used to use push fit connectors to ends of tubes, we called them rabbit ears,not sure the proper name,you should still be able to get them,they are much safer doing this way.
They are rubber with cables coming out to connect onto.

Your idea will not work as solar panels will not produce enough energy without spending a fortune on them and if they did the set-up would a special circuit to ensure the charge was properly regulated. Do as others have suggested and remove the battery and recharge before use.
