first the lightsworn deck really does not look like it to me its kinda random you need jd first of all um you could get it on ebay for 80 90 bucks take out zombies umm take out petten and fill them up with more garoths and jain blackwings take out treeborn and fill with DAD you could easily pull that in the gold series the first deck i have never even seen the cards exept for jinzo and stuff like that well thats my advice hope it helps.

you would really just have to try it out. My honest opinion:

i like the concept, but there are several monsters that would work, but don't really belong. like Substitoad and Treeborn Frog. Substitoad's effect can be useful, but what happens if Treeborn Frog is in your hand, or is sent to the graveyard due to the effect of a Lightsworn Monster? another monster, Majestic Dragon. Great card, but can only be used for a Majestic Synchro. If you want to try to buffer the self-mill, use Dimension Fortress Weapon. However, the only way this could get in the way is with the Lightsworn Angel and Charge of the Light Brigade, and that's because the effects are considered a cost, so you could use it if this is face-up on the field, but in reality, it's not a big course to get around.
