You have not even scratched the surface of the more than 2,000 errors, contradictions, anomalies, anachronisms, forgeries, later Christian interpolations and outright lies in the bible. And, as predictable as sunrise, Christians rush to claim all of these can be resolved, but NEVER offering any proof of their claim.

How can anyone claim divine inspiration for a book that is so filled with atrocities (ordered by the biblical god), obscenities that would outrage even the most liberal of readers, and silly myths that only a child could believe????

Would a SANE god inspire anyone to write about the size of a man's penis, comparing it to that of a donkey, or the ejaculation from that penis being like that from a horse????? Would a SANE god inspire a prophet to prance around NAKED for three years, yet condemn others to death for uncovering the nakedness of their fathers. Would a SANE god order that the daughter of a priest, who lost her virginity, be BURNED ALIVE????
Would a SANE god invent slavery, polygamy, concubinage??? Would a SANE god order the mass slaughter of innocent women and children for the 'sin' of having been born pagan. Would a SANE god inspire a leader to order that latrines be dug outside the camps of the Hebrews so that HE (god) would not step in shitttte when he visited the camp????? (When did god grow feet??) (Would an Omniscient god not SEE the shittte before stepping into it???) Would a SANE god make a donkey talk and say NOTHING of any benefit to mankind...only to complain about her mistreatment???) Would a SANE and JUST god kill a baby ONLY to punish his whore-mongering father????

Would a SANE person really give any credence to the litany of horror that is the Old Testament???? And claim it was inspired by a SANE god????

You make certain assumptions which are not true. I will illustrate:

1. You assume that Civilization arose 5000 years ago. Certain known civilizations have been dated as such; however, the basic elements of civilization (ie; language, tool-making) would have pre-dated civilization. The basis of civilization is not the planting of a seed into the ground.

2. While some stone-age cultures may have buried their dead, it is wrong to assume that every single person on earth would have been buried and had their remains preseverd. Some people would have been consumed by animals. Many cultures throughout history observe cremation. Others were caught in fires and unintentionally cremated. Those that did observe burial may have not buried remains sufficiently deep enough to ensure preservation. Changes in earth's geology would destroy remains or make them inaccessible. Indeed, given all the variables, it's surprising that we're actually able to find ancient remains at all!

3. Most meteors burn up in the earth's atmosphere; only ones of significant size survive entry to make it to the surface. As such, this is the reason why you won't find a whole lot of them in layers of sediment. The fact that we have had sufficient time to evolve to where we are today is indicitive of the scarcity of meteors large enough to cause catostraphic damage and leave evidence.

4. The planetary rings are composed of particles and are caught in a planets orbit, as are its moon. They exist in a vacuum, and obey the laws of physics. There is no reason to assume that they would "Fade." If anything, over time, the "intricacies" that you speak of (I'm assuming you're talking about the gaps between the rings) should become more well-defined, just as undisturbed water becomes clear.

5. The outer planets of the solar system are still caught within the gravity of our sun, and are exposed to the energy radiating from our sun; why would you assume they would cool off?

6. On what basis do you determine that huge spiral galaxies should have long ago dispersed? Evidently, you're attempting to apply your "Small picture" thinking to something so incredibly vast, complicated, and huge, you only serve to demonstrate your own ignorance.

7. Scientists work from information they have learned from the tools of science. If a theory is based on faith, it would be very easy to discredit it and such theory would be dismissed.

Your logic is flawed. I suggest you re-examine the facts, but this time do so with skepticism. It would save you from embarassment in the future.

Wow, Cosmos is really out in the cosmos.

The Catholic Church is already preparing their reasoning by claiming that the Church would not be surprised if we encountered aliens. They further state if God created everything why would God not have created other races.

The Church’s interpretations and doctrines created some of the silly notions like the Earth being the center of the universe. For hundreds of years they horribly executed any scientist that contradicted their dogma.

Now that the Catholic Church has started to pay attention to science their position on religious beliefs in relation to scientific findings has started to change. The Church now feels that science disprove parts of religion (misinterpretations of the data) but, science also authenticates parts of it and the ancient people, places and deeds of the bible therefore adding credence to religion (great investigating and testing).Besides the Church has now created its own department of scientific study.

If God created every planet why can’t he have a son on every planet? After all, Jesus is just passing on the word and actions of God; in a language, the people can understand. Since man acted as Gods Dictaphone there are blatant mistakes in the translation of what God said or even meant.

When man, in his infinite ignorance, translates one holy book against another (Holy Bible Vs. Koran) we are surprised at the multitude of differences between religious beliefs just between two religions on one planet.

Can you imagine the massive amount of conflict amongst all the life bearing planets. Why Heck, It would be enough to have a intergalactic war over religion, or worst yet a Universal Crusade consisting of Templers Knights, Masons, and the self sacrificing Muslims the Jihad. If we are going to do it right we might as well throw in the U.S. Seals and Japan's Kamikazes.

Here is to the future or what will be left of it.
