Solar Christmas Lights

Jonathan Said:

How to keep Christmas lights on front of house bushes from being stolen-how to secure?

We Answered:

Dude/Dudette, if you are living on a street where you fear your Christmas lights may be stolen, frankly, I'd be pretty concerned about your OWN safety. Short of moving (HIGHLY recommended), sitting on your porch with lots of coffee and a shotgun, might help some. Good luck to ya soldier.

Irma Said:

Are blue Christmas lights the new trend? Do you like them?

We Answered:

I dont like them....not at all. I'm very traditional in Christmas light. I like either white or the multicoloured for outside. just like my tree is still the traditional red and green with touches of silver and gold. have you seen the black Christmas trees out this year?.....yuck!

Kyle Said:

Solar lights aren't working when my electrical lights are on!!!?

We Answered:

The solar lights have a photocell which turns them off during the daylight so the battery will charge. When the photocell detects the electric lights it thinks it's daylight and shuts down. The photocell must be located somewhere other then on the panel.

Roy Said:

"how to make a connector for solor lights"?

We Answered:

Splice in a new wire with automotive type crimp connectors, and seal with heat-shrink tubing. Presto. Be sure to maintain polarity.
