Do Asian Water Monitors brumate?

We Answered:

they do not brumate (in the traditional winter cooling sense) but may "hunker down" in times of low food supply. since waters have a much slower metabolism them other monitors and really are opportunistic feeders (they will eat ANYTHING thats alive or once was) there really is no physical reason or cause for brumation in the wild or captivity but again they will go into "conservation" mode in BAD times. also your basking temps are too low. 130F+ minimum. id use around 140F-145F personally .your bulb is too big, use 45 watt halogen floods. and ditch the day/ night cycle, go 24/7 light and heat and make sure he has plenty of hiding areas and a DEEP, GOOD substrate to get escape to the dark when he wants. also your tank is going to be small fast. start building his adult enclosure NOW.

Question about mass effect and reapers?

We Answered:

1) It's suggested, but we don't know for sure yet. But you're right about that though.

2) We'll find out in Mass Effect 3. Yeah, it seems like an impossible situation at the moment. I'm really wondering how they are going to pull this off.

3) All the species that existed before the reapers lost control over the keepers were doomed for sure since the reapers would have just commanded the keepers to open the relay for them. But for the species after, maybe they failed to stop their Saren or failed to stop the reapers that came (by taking the long way).

Mass effect and the reapers?

We Answered:

They would be using the Omega 4 relay back so that's not a problem...and besides it seems more cinematic if they are riding off into the unknown galaxy...it sets up the scene for mass effect 3 nicely.

The plan might be to lure them into our galaxy and use some sort of prothean techonlogy to transport them to another galaxy and supernova that star...I dont know...There might be some amazing weapon that the protheans developed but were never able to implement till now.

This i would agree on but for the fact that it is supposed to be cinematic and you have to look at from a Gamer's POV. Would you want to play a game and know when you get to the end of the game you will die because they are really that powerful and all the work leading up to that was pointless? i dont think so

rotation speeds of star formation stages?

We Answered:

Angular momentum is conserved. This means that when the cloud is contraction, it's rotation rate must increase, just like a figure skater rotates faster when she pulls in her arms.

Therefore the order from fast to slow rate, is the same as the order in size from small to big:
main sequence star
protostar with jets
contracting cloud trapping infrared light
molecular cloud fragment

rate my pokemon team?

We Answered:

Good but your chasey dustox and lickilicki will get owned by a fire-fighting pokemon (e.g Infernape)
id recommend a vaperoen or jolteon because you have no pokemon that can really stand up to a fire pokemon ( lickilicki has solar beam but it takes two turns to use that and lickilicki generally goes last)
or flying and water (chansey may have thunder but that will go second).
Its mainly the speed of your pokemon thats a problem. But there really is no perfect team.

We Answered:
