Copper bracelets and magnetic wear are a whiz down the toidy for sure.

Exercise equipment that supposedly requires no effort.

Chocolate fountains.

Anything advertised as "Fun for the entire family!!!!" is probably bad news.

Anything Not Sold In ANY Store!!!

Car window tinting in northtern climates.

The vast majority of "miracle" vitamin and herbal supplements.

Cosmetics "guaranteed" to make your skin tighter and younger.

So many to choose from!

I have room for 20k of solar panels on my roof, but can not afford the panels can you help?

We Answered:

I own a few solar stocks so I've been following this issue from a business side of things... I am pro environment first...
But from what I gather with the reading I do regularly on the industry... Solar is promoted and subsidized in Europe... yeah cloudy wintery Europe... Subsidized meaning the government helps you out though discounts or tax breaks and thus the sales there are good...

However, in the US we have a heavy coal lobby as well as big oil. Then the whole ethenol lobby... SO look up Energy bill... Ours is up. Congress is suppose to put together a new one. Well they did. So far from what I gather it gives lots of money to alternative fuels ie Ethenol.. some money to wind and zilch for solar. on the bright side coal is a bit upset that they have to make less polluting plants again. Poor coal... giver of acid rain and heavy carbon they just get no respect.

What do I do with the parallel wiring when I remove the driveway light fixtures?

We Answered:

If you already have several lights along the drive, coming up through posts to a light box, there is bound to be plenty of wire to be attached, left from the post once you remove that. I'd use a plastic waterproof junction box at each post location, connecting the two wire ends together with wire nuts, wrapping them with a good electrical tape and then enclose them in the waterproof junction box before burying it. That way there's no chance of moisture getting into the connections to corrode them.
