Before I start talking about the deck itself, i'd like to just stress that lightsworn just aren't competitive anymore like you said, especially in this fast OTK format and the limited necro gardna, charge of light brigade, lumina, among other things that made lightsworn good. It's not to say lightsworn is bad though, it can still hold its own and play well casually, just don't expect it to win like it used to.

As for the deck, here are changes I would suggest:

Monsters: Take out Thunder King and Vanitys Ruler, these just don't support Lightsworn at all. Take out Gragonith, it is a terrible tribute monster, especially in this format where monsters dont usually stay on field for long. I would add 3 Caius the Shadow Monarchs to replace these, as they are really good tribute monsters. I would also add two more paladins, they are a lot better than they seem.

Spells and traps seem fine to me, just adjust it to the decks you face currently.

First of all, a third Wulf. It's that amazing. 2 Garoth always worked best for me, but you might even consider 3. You don't need Gaius in there at all. Same applies to Treeborn and Battle Fader. I like to use Shiny Black C, since the game has gotten so Synchro-centric that it seriously helps a lot.

Lightsworn doesn't need the extra draws from allure of Drakness, so I wouldn't run that. Another copy of Beckoning Light should help, considering how you'll need to recycle those Honests even more now that it's semi'd. You should definitely be running Call of the Haunted.

-2x Limina
-1x Necro Gardna

To replace this huge loss, I would use:
+2x Ryko (or only one and one more Garoth)
+1x Reinforcements of the Army
+1x Treeborn Frog
+1x Lyla

your deck is waaaay too random. try going after a specific atribute like light, or a specific archetype, like blackwings, gladiator beasts, or lightsworns. im sorry to say this but ur deck probably wont do that well against many

you should take out jenis and main your second honest for consistency.
also try and replace magic drain with dark bribe because it covers more things
besides those this looks like a pretty good deck
