Yep. You want "hydrogen fuel cells". They take hydrogen and oxygen and combine them into water, releasing electrical current in the process.
They're very expensive, though.

You could also burn hydrogen to power what's called a "stirling engine" This would probably be even more expensive, and less efficient, than the fuel cell though.

Several reasons.

1) Where to get the hydrogen.
2) No hydrogen transportation and storate infrastructure.
3) Fuel cells use platinum and thus are extremely expensive.

Oil Companies will do ANYTHING to secure their profits. One of my relatives actually drives a card that uses WATER as fuel. It's not very fast but it WORKS.

I wonder when Big Oil will assassinate him.
