Large reserves of food and currency, wind generators and garden on roof, well in basement, and a very secure building. I think we're ready for 12-18 months.

- There's definitely room in the backyard for a garden.
- Passport, yes.
- No, but my credentials are very portable. :-]
- Dwelling, yes. My parents own their rather large home outright.
- Alternate energy, no.
- Kit, no.

This reminds me of the Y2k scare, which you may not remember. I hope the outcome is the same (i.e., nada), but after most of the baby-boomers are on Medicare and getting their "free" prescriptions... look out.
