That depends on the capacity, measured in watts, of the solar cell and wind mill you are looking at. Anywhere from $10 for a cheap solar panel, to many millions for a large wind mill. Not installed of course.

Automotive shops have small solar panels, and sailing shops have solar panels and small windmills, usually used to charge 12 V lead-acid batteries.
