Well, solar can be used as direct heating, linked into the hot water system. If you have photovoltaic panels as well as turbines then there are 2 options. I think some inverters (turns turbine or PV cell into mains electricity), some have 2 inputs just for this case, or you can easily use 2 inverters.

The air conditioning is an energy hog - it would be very expensive to power it completely with solar. The refrigerators could be ok, if they're the efficient type. Note that there can be a 10x difference between the energy used by a normal refrigerator and an efficient one.

For the boilers, if you mean water heaters, it's more economical to heat the water directly from the sun, than to generate electicity, and heat water with that.

As for cost, I have no idea what labor costs are in your area, and what the prices of solar panels are. You would have to ask a professional installer to give you a quote. Gather up your electric bills from a year ago to determine how many kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity you used.

For our house in the US, where we use perhaps 6000 kWh of electricity a year, the 2.5 kW solar system cost $12,000 net.
