Somewhere in between. In ideal circumstances the temperature gain would remain constant. However, there will be heat loss as the air is transported, and since the temperature difference between the output and the ambient will be greater, the loss will also be greater.

So, you'll get a higher output with a higher input, but not with a pure linear relationship.
