Your resume is waaaay too scattered and confusing. Condense it and consolidate the most important parts of each section. It should be no more than a page in length. An employer should be able to pick it up and scan it and get everything they need in 10-15 seconds .

Is Albania the BEST place in the world to invest? No.

However, that being said Albania is definitely a country worth investing in because it is very busy making the transition into an industrialized nation.

The government has managed the economy very well over the last ten years, making some excellent structural reforms. From 2002-2006 almost 1/4 of Albania’s poorest were brought out of poverty. This led to the World Bank upping Albania’s status to a middle income country in 2007 - which allowed Albania to apply for loans from international banks as opposed to being reliant on hand-outs from the likes of the International Monetary Fund.

Albania made the most of this; taking out several huge loans for infrastructure projects to increase the productivity of the country. These included a massive loan from the Japanese government to improve the country’s canal system, another from the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development to build a new terminal at Albania’s largest port in Duress, and another loan to build a major highway between Duress and Kosovo.

Albania is also on track to join the European Union in 2014 which will boost the economy massively. Property values in Albanian cities, especially the capital Tirana will grow exponentially over the long-term, especially since they have such a low starting point.

Definitely not a country for short-term investment because their GDP growth for 2009 will take a hit:

However, as a long term investment it is sure to produce some great results. Especially if someone holds onto their investments until about 2020.

The warming of the planet is not on a global scale. I would discuss calling it what it is, climate change. The biggest threat to the environment movement in the past is the lack of action by politicians, but this is based on the lack of importance placed on the issue by the people. In order for real change to occur, the majority of the country needs to put a priority on climate change, and then this will push the politicians to action. We can do this for voting for sure, but there has to be more awareness and discussion on the topic.

New batteries, standardized, receptor panels in cars, all alike.

A car pulls in to an exchange station, out comes the standardized used battery and in goes the charged ones for a small fee.

I object to oil companies having anything to do with the process, they are having their way with us we don't to reward them with being involved in any way with technology they have nothing to do with.

I do favor Leavenworth for oil company executives and the politicians they own, after a fair trial, of course.

The young male can do without his gas guzzling "performance car" and go to the library, maybe mankind might benefit from this forced change in human behavior.

This is the type of action that needs to happen, but whether or not it does will remain to be seen. The govt should never have gotten involved with any type of bailouts. No one bailed out the companies that had failed in 2001. If the company's were criminal or just ignorant in their finances, then they should fail. People would lose jobs, but new and probably smarter companies would have came up in their place. This will not happen now. The world has reached a point where there are too many people and not enough resources. Just the way it is. Change can happen, but it will take dramatic cooperation among all.
