How Do You Feel About Nuclear Energy?

We Answered:

I agree! What happened to the quotation, conserve today, for tomorrow? Water today, for tomorrow? We must think about tomorrow.
I do not like nuclear energy at all. To think of all those fuel rods, buried in large pools, and no real place to dispose them, both scares me and disgusts me. How is that honestly helping the environment, when giant pools are being used to contain dangerous nuclear waste? Haven't we learned the dangers of nuclear energy yet, or do we need something else like Chernobyl to happen again?
It's safe only if nothing messes up, and is only safe now. What about future generations? We really need to think about the future, and not just now. The same mistake was made for so many things, cars, CFCs, and now, we are faced with the problems of the mistakes of not thinking ahead. We should learn from history.

I agree that we need to invest more in solar, wind, and other safe alternative energy sources. We need to think about our future. We need something sustainable, and reliable. That way, we can ensure that future generations will enjoy the technology we have now, without compensating danger, health, or the condition of our planet.
They may be expensive now, but I have a feeling nuclear will cost us more in the long run.

Why should I invest in solar energy?

We Answered:

you don't have to invest in just solar energy you can invest in many forms of alternative energy that way if one place doesn't get lots of sun but does get lots of wind you are helping them as well as the people who don't get much wind but lots of sun
