I'm sure that out of these, wave, hydroelectric are the most efficient. Next in line-geothermal.Then solar and after that wind. (All per unit volume/area of source). Remember that it all depends on factors like speed of water, wind, angle towards sun, carbon efficiency in case of biomass etc.

I wouldn' advise biomass because it is comparatively less of a clean energy source.
