Manufacture of solar cells involves a large amount of Aluminium, Glass, Mild steel and other ingredients consuming high energy in their manufacturing and liberating pollutants therefore they are non Eco friendly.
Of course the process of producing energy from these cells is Eco friendly.

We Answered:

Since it's much smaller than a conventional vacuum cleaner and thus has a much smaller motor, I'd be willing to bet that it uses substantially less electricity than a standard vacuum. If you bothered that much about something so trivial you could always break out the broom and dustpan.

I can't answer the solar but the wind turns a fan (just like a fan would make "wind") This moves copper in out of a magnticfiled giving it a current which has power.
