Description Of Solar Energy

Keith Said:

Whats the exact job description for finding new forms of energy like hydrogen and solar?

We Answered:

Google the term "alternative energy researcher".

I would guess, you need to study physics and chemistry.
Best of luck, hope you succeed!

I need help with a school project about designing an energy efficient house?

We Answered:

first of all, root around the following website: http://www.motherearthnews.com/
you should be able to address your design issues, or at least find referrals to other sources. but...singapore is unnecessary. you can go green anywhere. specifically, look into solar passive homes, they can be built ANYWHERE and still save you tons of $$ on heating and cooling costs. california, vermont, idaho, hawaii, florida, where ever you want. perhaps they're looking for physical characteristics, such as placing your home on a south facing lot if you live in the north but if your in the south or other hot climate you want to be on a north side property. another good source is the Energy Star program: http://www.energystar.gov/ that should help with appliances and stuff. understand i won't do your homework for you, but if have any other questions, i'd be glad to help just email me. good luck.

If global warming is a hoax, what natural processes are at work to remove solar energy from the biosphere?

We Answered:

Up eventually(long wave radiation). But why discredit thermal conductivity? Remove is usually restricted to closed systems where the amount of heat can actually be measured. Its the magnitude that most skeptics are questioning. Changes of physical state doesn't necessary equate to a temperature change. That's more along the guidelines of latent heat of fusion, not temperature (requires a whole hell of lot more energy). I'm waiting any day now for the alarmist to enlighten us with Universe warming, and I really think the theory would fit just as well with what we have now.
