Probably not. Even plants, who do use the sun's energy for biochemical reactions, also need various nutrients and minerals. Even if you could somehow create a human photosynthesis that regenerated units of energy (ATP), you would still need vitamins, minerals, and different types of raw materials (proteins, fatty acids) that you use in various biological reactions.
