They do, or at least will. Integration is coming. To answer another poster's question, solar power cells work by collecting energy into the cell itself and distributing it over time, like a battery. So you could use it at night.

If you think in broad terms, the sun is responsible for the conversion of all energy on Earth, so indirectly, you could say that cell phones are already "solar powered." So are you. So are we all. Yeah sun!
