I think you should hire someone to do this for you.

You actually connect them in series parallel, usually configured to output 12 or 24 or 48 volts at the maximum current possible with the size of the array. The more you connect together, the higher voltage you should configure them for. Higher voltage reduces losses due to IR losses in the wires.

Then you connect them to a charge controller which connects to a set of batteries, and optimizes the voltage and current to maximize the charge on the batteries.

Then an inverter converts the DC voltage from the batteries to 120 VAC or 240 VAC for europe, to run your appliances.
