To the extent that cloudy weather and rain cuts down the amount of sunlight falling on a cell, there is an effect. Or to the extent that humidity often comes with heat, there is an effect. Temperature affects a solar cell's output.

A naked solar cell would be subject to corrosion at the contacts if exposed to humidity.

All solar panels for serious residential installations are sealed against water, and humidity has no effect on them.
