My preferred method in the short term is average pollution limits from power stations (like mileage standards in cars I guess), then let the market work out the cheapest solution.

I imagine that it would (in the UK) look something like 40% nuclear, 20% wind, 10% hydro/biomass/tidal/marine/solar and 30% gas and carbon capture coal.


As time goes on, prices will come down and solar (for example) can be expanded. Installing solar panels on our roofs would provide about 25% of UK electricity (more if more efficient panels are cheaper, or in sunnier places).

Solar is getting very close to breaking through - maybe just another decade. China already has plans for a 2GW solar farm, for example.

Sometimes there are panels on craigslist, but be careful, there have been some thefts, lately, and if the deal is too good to be true, it could be stolen.

Since the nucleolus is where the ribosomes are synthesized and assembled, and the ribosomes are the factory workers, the nucleolus could be the hiring department where they question and hire the workers. That's the best I could think of.

I have to differ, I have used both on Yugioh Online in the past and I have to say I had far more fun with Volcanic decks than Alien ones.

Most of the Alien cards are just too situational to be of practical use half the time.

Besides Volcanic Rocket is a fantastic searcher and a good beatstick rolled into one so I'd go for Volcanics hands down!
