Its an excellent idea, the ultra rich giving us much deserving rep rive from the brink of environmental collapse.
If they do it would be because they just feel like looking like our environmental saviour.
It could be that they hesitate due to concerns with how people are going to be able to handle their decisions ~~ remember the De Loren it promised to give us a break on rusting cars, it became a obsolete vehicle , sometimes doing good in the world leads to unfavourable results by some that feel they are being threatened.
